Established in 1989 by our founder Tracy Sullivan, who continues to lead the company today, Paragon Personnel brings the same passion and commitment since its inception. Tracy is the company founder (established Paragon in 1989) and has been in the recruitment world for over 35 years. Having seen many changes and developments over the years, what Tracy enjoys most is the people (her team, candidate, and client relationships); making a difference, helping people achieve their goals. This is why she still is fully involved with all aspects of the business and recruitment cycle.
Outside of work Tracy most values her family, (husband and two wonderful daughters) and friends. Whilst she aims to be fit and get to the gym, she will be the first to admit that there is plenty of room for improvement in this area!
Maybe fewer good times and good meals with loved ones and more time on the treadmill should be focused on!
Sophie is a dynamic Business Development & Recruitment Manager with a strong background in talent acquisition, account management, and business growth. With three years of experience in recruitment and administrative support, she excels at connecting top talent with the right opportunities while driving strategic business initiatives.
Her career began in the fast-paced world of event administration, where she honed her organisational skills and attention to detail. Transitioning into recruitment, Sophie combined her administrative expertise with a passion for talent acquisition, successfully managing recruitment pipelines and optimising hiring processes.
In addition to her recruitment expertise, Sophie plays a key role in business development and account management, forging strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Whether streamlining operations, expanding client networks, or driving efficiency, she is committed to delivering results and fostering long-term success for both clients and candidates.
Diarmuid is a highly experienced and respected recruitment professional with over 23 years in the industry. Irish born, after university he moved to London to build his career. He enjoys and has long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, seeing them grow and develop their businesses/careers over the years. We all wish we had Diarmuid’s memory, he can re-count a person or CV without looking anything up on the system!
Outside of work, Diarmuid enjoys travelling, the theatre, reading, long walks with his dogs and especially spending quality time with his close friends and family.
