We have had the privilege of partnering with Paragon Personnel for over five years, engaging them in multiple searches for assistants across our front office and operational teams. Tracy and the team have consistently gone above and beyond to truly understand our business and present candidates who align seamlessly with the culture of our firm. The calibre of candidates they have introduced to us has been exceptional, and it is evident that they have a real understanding of our needs. Their candidates are always well-briefed and have consistently shared positive feedback about their experience with Paragon during the recruitment process. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Paragon Personnel and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a recruitment partner.”

Following redundancy after over 28 years at a large bank, I turned to Paragon for help in finding me a new role after a recommendation. They made me feel very welcome and put any of my concerns aside immediately. Very quickly Diarmuid found me a temporary role which was great as helped me realise what I did and did not want to do. I felt that he wanted me to do what was right for me and there was never any pressure. He has now placed me in a permanent role which I thoroughly enjoy and am so grateful I was put forward for it. I would definitely recommend Diarmuid.

They take the time to understand our needs and requirements and are quality driven, working to deliver a tailored selection of candidates. The process is efficient, smooth and professional and we know we’re in good hands. We’ve had some fantastic hires through Paragon Personnel, who are a firm go-to agency for us.”

“Paragon Personnel was introduced to me by a very good friend when I faced an unexpected career crossroads. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to have worked with both the contract and permanent sides of this dynamic and professional company, and have not looked back since. I genuinely cannot recommend the entire team highly enough!”

“I have worked with Paragon Personnel for more than 15 years, originally as a candidate (they placed me in my current role!) and then the last 7 years recruiting new EA’s via them. I can honestly say they are the best recruitment consultancy that we use. We have filled two roles recently and despite trying a few different agencies, Paragon are always the agency that place candidates with us, and they are always of high quality. They know our business, the staff, and the way we work and all the staff at Paragon are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble, even when we know at times we are asking for the impossible! A big thank you to them for putting up with us!”
