Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in Investment Banking (IBD)? This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working alongside a team of professionals in a leading City Investment Bank.

The Role

As a PA, you will provide high-level support to the Managing Director and team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your proactive and hardworking approach will be rewarded with increasing responsibility in a business that values teamwork, diversity, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex diary management.
• Arranging client meetings.
• Organising travel and visas.
• Processing expenses via Concur.
• Handling compliance approvals.
• Coordinating internal and external conference calls.
• Collaborating with other assistants and providing cover when needed.
• Organising team events.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar PA role.
• Strong experience within an Investment Banking division.
• Proven ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Highly organised, proactive, and flexible.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
