Are you a polished and proactive Team Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity within a top-tier international investment bank? This 12-month temp-to-perm role offers the chance to support a team of 5–6 bankers in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Strong performers may have the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a Team Assistant/PA, you will provide essential administrative support to bankers at VP level and above. You will be part of a wider team of Assistants, working collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM) with flexibility for overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Diary & Calendar Management – Schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
• Communication Handling – Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Meeting Coordination – Book rooms and arrange video conferences for internal and external meetings.
• Travel Arrangements – Organise international flights, accommodation, visas, and car services for the team.
• Expense & Invoice Processing – Manage expense reports and process invoices efficiently.
• General Administration – Provide support with ad hoc administrative tasks and daily workflow management.
• Team Coverage – Support colleagues during absences and provide phone/holiday coverage as needed.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, ideally within financial services.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
